Description
The 2020 Buteo Weinviertel Orange Wine from Domaine Michael Gindl is a one-of-a-kind wine made from the Grüner Veltliner grape variety. This orange wine is distinguished by its traditional winemaking method where the grapes ferment with their skins, giving it an amber color and complex aromas. On the nose, notes of dried fruit, candied citrus fruits and spices are revealed. On the palate, it offers a rich texture, a nice acidity and a persistent length. This natural wine, without the addition of sulphites, is perfect to accompany exotic dishes, mature cheeses and spicy dishes. A real gustatory adventure for lovers of daring and atypical wines.
