Description
Bouzeron Blanc "Les Cordères" 2022 | Wine from Domaine Paul et Marie Jacqueson
The Domaine Paul et Marie Jacqueson, located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, is a jewel of Burgundy viticulture, the natural extension of the Côte d'Or. Founded in 1946 by Henri Jacqueson, the estate is now managed by the third generation, Marie and Pierre. They continue the family work with meticulous care both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Every stage of vinification and aging is mastered, resulting in wines of incomparable quality and harmony.
The Bouzeron Blanc "Les Cordères" 2022 comes from a plot of 83 ares, planted in 1937 with golden aligoté, a variety known for its finesse. Located in the south of the appellation, this terroir offers wines that are both elegant and expressive. The pale yellow color with green highlights invites tasting, while the subtle nose evokes aromas of white fruits, citrus, and white flowers.
On the palate, this wine reveals a concentrated texture and fruity flavors enhanced by vanilla notes. The saline finish brings a nice impression of freshness, making each sip pleasant and refreshing.
This Bouzeron pairs perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, or a fresh goat cheese. Its balance and freshness make it an ideal ally to enhance light and refined dishes.
