Domaine Jacques Saumaize, which has been respectful of the soil and the environment for more than 20 years, made its organic label official in 2020. Anthony Saumaize reinforces this philosophy with natural herbal teas that energize according to the seasons (horsetail, silica, horn dung). The estate highlights the terroirs thanks to meticulous work in the vineyard, manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing and plot-by-plot vinification in barrels for 10 to 12 months.

Domaine Jacques Saumaize's 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé Blanc "Nuance" is fresh and incisive, with a clean, chiseled style. It offers fine floral aromas and a touch of hazelnut, enriched by milky notes from the ageing. Ripe and fresh, this wine is sapid and digestible, with an incisive finish and beautiful bitterness. Harvested by hand, it is vinified in old barrels and aged on lees for 10 to 11 months.
