Burgundy White ''Chardonnay'' 2022 | Wine from Domaine Messager-Germain
Domaine Messager-Germain practices environmentally friendly viticulture. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve all the purity of the fruit. Ageing on fine lees brings a silky texture and additional aromatic complexity.
The vines of Domaine Messager-Germain are located on clay-limestone soils, typical of the Burgundy region. This unique terroir gives the wine an exceptional minerality and freshness.
Burgundy White ''Chardonnay'' 2022 is distinguished by its brilliant and golden colour, its subtle aromas of white fruit (apple, pear) mixed with floral and mineral notes. On the palate, it offers a beautiful freshness, a well-balanced acidity and a long and harmonious finish. This wine goes perfectly with seafood dishes, grilled fish or soft cheeses.
