Burgundy White "Les Veuillots" Ovoïde 2022 | Wine from the Domaine Jérémy Arnaud
Jérémy Arnaud created his wine estate in 2016 in the Chablis vineyards. Coming from a family of winegrowers, he decided to start on his own, buying a 0.55-hectare plot in Beine, including Chablis Premier Cru and Petit Chablis. In parallel with his National Diploma of Oenology, he has acquired valuable experience by working in various wine estates in Chablis, Meursault, Beaune and Pauillac, observing different production methods. Jérémy favours a strict ecological approach, limiting inputs and working the soil with care to preserve its integrity. In the cellar, he reduces interventions to respect the origin and typicity of the wine, without yeasting, inoculation of lactic acid bacteria or enzymes, and with minimal doses of SO2. Its wines faithfully reflect their terroir and their vintage.
The White Burgundy "Les Veuillots" comes from new vines, planted with Chardonnay in 2019. This cuvée aged in concrete eggs "Ovoide" has a very clean and slightly mineral expression, all in freshness.
