This Chablis "Montserre" 2020 Domaine Athénaïs de Béru comes from a plot that owes its name to the "Serres", a limestone geological formation in the form of dense superimposed plates. On the surface, the ground is strewn with white pebbles.

Located at altitude, on the roof of the appellation, the Montserre plot, exposed to the four winds, is bordered by a hedge of trees where birds nest and which forms a virtuous ecosystem.

The wines of Montserre are feverish, dry, powerful and express the strength and harshness of nature.
