Discover the exceptional cuvée of wine, from a plot located in the heart of Beaune, an emblematic city with a rich wine-growing past. Enveloped by its historic ramparts, this 0.493-hectare plot produces a Chardonnay of rare quality. The roots of our vines are anchored in a red earth, rich in iron, resting on a clay soil dotted with pebbles. With a planting density of 10,000 vines per hectare, each vigneron watches over these precious vines with passion. We favor an 80% clonal selection and a 20% massal selection, thus guaranteeing the unique expression of our terroir. Committed to organic farming since the year 2000 and certified by Ecocert®, we practice an environmentally friendly viticulture. Our work in the vineyard, from transplanting in autumn to spring evasivation, is meticulous and attentive, reflecting our commitment to quality and authenticity.
