Domaine Les Pieds sur Terre Before that was the Morel-Thibaut estate, an association of two winemakers that operated for 24 years in the heart of the Jura vineyards, in Poligny. In 2014, the entity split in two and Valentin Morel took over from his father Jean-Luc. He didn't just change the name of the estate, he effectively changed the image and personality of the cuvées in just a few vintages. The six hectares of vines are cultivated organically, with a keen attention paid to biodynamics and soil conservation techniques. Anchored in the various plots owned by the family (Trouillots and Saint-Savin sectors), the young vigneron intuitively balances Jura tradition (Savagnin sous voile, remarkable Poulsard and Trousseau, superb Macvins) and original proposals (macerated whites, cuvée made from resistant grape varieties, etc.). 1 * in the Green Guide of la revue du vin de france
