White Wine Mâcon-Villages 2020 Domaine Boisson Frère et Soeur

Selected and matured by Pierre and Anne Boisson, this wine comes from a sublime terroir, the Mâconnais mountains, which form a set of hillsides separated by parallel faults and oriented north/north-east or south/sud-ouest, favourable to the vine.

This 2020 Mâcon-Villages from Domaine Boisson Frère & Soeur has a beautiful yellow gold colour with silver reflections. On the nose, its aromas suggest broom, white rose, acacia, honeysuckle, fern, verbena, lemongrass, citrus fruits (grapefruit, mandarin). Hints of pine, quince and fennel appear on the finish. In addition to the sensation of freshness, there is a drinkable, dry but very fruity side. A beautiful concentration, with a slight acidity, on a finish full of roundness and smoothness.
