AMI is the meeting between a talented vigneron and a passionate ambassador and now an adventure: the ambition to create a seductive, sparkling, warm, meaningful wine nourished by simple generosity.

The two friends worked together in the same field for 2 years. When one left to learn how to make Mediterranean wines, the other stayed in Burgundy, but the desire to continue working together was there. The estate was born from the desire to keep this friendship alive.

Willy, the vigneron, that's him. After cutting his teeth at Domaine De Montille, he took charge of the wines of the Clos du Moulin aux Moines in Auxey-Durresses. Rich in these experiences, he has a deep knowledge of the terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. AMI is an opportunity for him to burst a bubble of madness.

Paul is the gentleman farmer. Having been trained in the art of tasting in London and Paris, he is the link between the city and the countryside. His passion for wines with character has led him to work with talented winemakers such as Oronce de Beler and Dominique Hauvette.

This bottle of white Burgundy "La tête dans les nuages" 2021 produced by Domaine AMI, has a nice balance between acidity and minerality.
The golden-white colour is bright and clear, with green reflections. The nose is very subtle, lively and elegant, with notes of lemon, apple and white flowers. The palate is ample and long, with freshness and a very nice minerality.
This 2021 Burgundy "La Tête dans les Nuages" white is perfect to accompany fish and seafood, as well as vegetables. It is best served between 8 and 10° C.
