Description
The surface area of the Spanish vineyard is the largest in the world. Many native grape varieties, an ancestral culture, a very diverse and rich terroir, and abundant sunshine make Spain a country with an incomparable viticultural wealth. However, the Spanish vineyard is little known or poorly understood by French-speaking wine lovers. This book aims to introduce wine enthusiasts to a promising vineyard for great tastings. Born in Belgium, Jean-Luc Dallons holds a Doctorate in Applied Natural Sciences from the University of Louvain. After starting his career in industrial research, he focused on marketing and management. He then traveled the world and discovered its diverse cultural aspects. A wine lover, he now sells Spanish wines in Belgium and has taken oenology and sommelier courses at CERIA in Brussels.
