Description
Unpublished work, The universal dictionary of Burgundy wine provides access to a multitude of knowledge in a clear and practical way.
It covers Burgundy wine in Côte-d'Or, Saône-et-Loire, and Yonne; in France, Europe, and worldwide, in ancient and contemporary history, in dialect and traditions, in literature and arts.
This significant dictionary also includes a considerable iconography and current and complete cartography.
Jean-François BAZIN, author of numerous books on vineyards and wine, is one of the best experts on the ancient and contemporary history of Burgundy wine. He is still the only one able to produce such erudite research.
A Doctor of Law, a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies, he is a writer and journalist. He was President of the Regional Council of Burgundy from 1993 to 1998, and Deputy Mayor of Dijon from 1995 to 2001.
