This Fine Champagne " Composition" Cognac from la maison Tesseron is a blend made from eaux-de-vie from the two best Cognac crus, namely Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, hence this appellation. This blend was born from Alfred Tesseron 's desire to challenge his cellar master Romain to make a Cognac only from the young eaux-de-vie, distilled and aged since the beginning of his career at Tesseron. We discover a clear, amber and bright Cognac with an elegant, greedy nose that tends towards dried apricot and vine flower. On the palate a taste of a round, fat and persistent spirit, delicately spiced.
