This Blackcurrant Liqueur from Clos Saint Joseph is carefully crafted from Cassis Noir de Bourgogne, harvested at their best level of ripeness and then sorted by hand before macerating in an alcohol bath to capture its aromas and anthocyanins. They then meticulously add the right amount of sugar to find the perfect balance between hardiness, acidity and fruitiness of the blackcurrant.
