Description
SAB'S "La Fine" | Alambic Bourguignon
Located in the heart of Beaune, the capital of the Burgundy wine region, SAB'S L'Alambic Bourguignon perpetuates an ancestral distillation expertise passed down from generation to generation. In the past, each village had its own distiller; today, SAB'S is among the last guardians of this precious tradition. Working exclusively with grape pomace and wine lees from the finest terroirs of the region, the Alambic Bourguignon creates authentic and refined eaux-de-vie.
The SAB'S "La Fine" is crafted from carefully selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay lees. After precise distillation, this eau-de-vie ages for 8 years in Burgundy oak barrels, then benefits from a 6-month finish in Cognac casks, giving it an unmatched aromatic complexity. Each bottle is hand-sealed with distinctive white wax, a symbol of the house's artisanal commitment.
