Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut "Monochrome" from Domaine Parigot & Richard
The House of Parigot & Richard began its history in 1907 when Émile Parigot , known as the "Champagnisateur" of Savigny-lès-Beaune, decided to create his own company to market his sparkling wines under his own name. The adventure intensified in 1920 with the arrival of his daughter Louise Parigot and son-in-law Gaston Richard, thus affirming their specialty. The year 1952 marked a major turning point when Émile joined forces with his grandsons Bernard and Guy Richard to create la maison Parigot & Richard. Today, under the expert direction of Grégory Gerorger, great-grandson of Émile Parigot, he represents the 5th generation of the family and continues the tradition by offering world-famous crémants.
Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé Brut "Monochrome" from la maison Parigot & Richard embodies the excellence of the Burgundian terroir. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it perfectly expresses the unique style of la maison. Its subtle combination of terroirs offers structure, length and liveliness to create a refined sensory experience. With a raw sugar content of 7g/L, this crémant has matured with care for 36 months and offers us an ode to authenticity and finesse. This wine embodies the very essence of the Burgundian terroir.
