Burgundy Rosé "Rosalie" 2023 | Wine from Domaine Maxime Dubuet-Boillot
Located in the heart of Burgundy in Volnay, the Maxime Dubuet Boillo estate is a winery renowned for the quality and authenticity of its wines. Maxime Dubuet Boillot, passionate about the Burgundy terroir, first worked in the automotive sector before completing a BTS in Viticulture-Oenology in Beaune in 2016 and taking over his grandfather's 5 hectares of farm (today 6.5 hectares). We discover an estate, an intimate and authentic estate, run with passion and fervour by a young vigneron.
Each bottle is the result of meticulous work and know-how passed down from generation to generation, offering wine lovers a unique and memorable tasting experience.
The Bourgogne Rosé "Rosalie" 2023 from Domaine Maxime Dubuet-Boillot is a 100% Gamay wine, made from 60-year-old vines located at the bottom of the Volnay hillside, on clayey loamy soil. The vinification in stainless steel vats and the short ageing on Pinot Noir lees give a juicy, crisp, fresh, aromatic and slightly spicy rosé. Perfect for gastronomy, it differs from pool rosés by its complexity and depth.
