The Domaine Tony Bornard is the legacy of a long family tradition initiated by Philippe Bornard, an iconic figure of the Jura vineyard. Located in Pupillin, this estate of over 11 hectares, now managed by Tony Bornard, is recognized for its biodynamic and natural practices, limiting inputs and favoring wine-making without added sulfur. Inspired by the work of Pierre Overnoy, the estate produces authentic wines with long aging, highlighting the unique identity of Jura.

This Pinot Noir 2020 comes from vines cultivated on typical Jura soils, composed of marl and red clay, giving the wine a beautiful structure and a mineral framework. The grapes are hand-harvested, vinified with indigenous yeasts, and aged without sulfur, with a focus on purity and fruit expression.

This Pinot Noir presents a slightly cloudy ruby red color, typical of natural wines. The nose is fine and expressive, revealing notes of crisp red fruits (cherry, raspberry), light spices, and undergrowth. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced, and supple, with soft tannins and a lovely freshness. The finish, slightly tangy, extends the pleasure of tasting.
