Located in the heart of Burgundy in Volnay, the Maxime Dubuet Boillo estate is a winery renowned for the quality and authenticity of its wines. Maxime Dubuet Boillot, passionate about the Burgundy terroir, first worked in the automotive sector before completing a BTS in Viticulture-Oenology in Beaune in 2016 and taking over his grandfather's 5 hectares of farm (today 6.5 hectares).
