Located in the heart of Burgundy in Volnay, the Maxime Dubuet Boillo estate is a winery renowned for the quality and authenticity of its wines. Maxime Dubuet Boillot, passionate about the Burgundy terroir, first worked in the automotive sector before completing a BTS in Viticulture-Oenology in Beaune in 2016 and taking over his grandfather's 5 hectares of farm (today 6.5 hectares). We discover an estate, an intimate and authentic estate, run with passion and fervour by a young vigneron.

This wine, 100% Pinot Noir, is made on a 0.33 hectare plot located below the village of Volnay in Saint-Marie la Blanche. Seeking phenolic maturity, the grapes are picked at perfect maturity, thus offering a round, greedy, balanced and full-bodied wine.
