Discover our Nuits-St-Georges cuvée, an exceptional wine grown on sedimentary formations from the Middle Jurassic. With its 100% Pinot Noir grape variety, it reveals all its typicity thanks to a soil rich in active limestone and marl with Ostrea acuminata, witnesses of a distant marine past. Our vines, cultivated in organic and biodynamic farming since 2012 and 2015 respectively, are pampered with environmentally friendly practices. The high planting density of 13,600 vines/ha ensures optimal aroma concentration. To be enjoyed with patience, the wines of Nuits-St-Georges offer their full expression after a few years of ageing, thus rewarding the most patient collectors.
