Immerse yourself in history and tradition with our prestigious cuvée des Bonnes Mares, a tribute to the Bernardine nuns of Notre-Dame de Tart, pioneers of viticulture in Burgundy. Founded in 1125, this iconic abbey has shaped the region's winemaking landscape since the 1140s, showcasing exceptional terroirs such as the Clos de Tart and the Bonnes Mares. Raised on a very deep limestone soil, with a surface rich in clay, this vineyard of 10,000 vines per hectare proudly bears Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of Burgundy. With a rigorous selection of plant material, combining 50% mass selection and 50% clonal selection, our commitment to quality is unwavering. Certified organic since 1998 and biodynamic since 2001, we cultivate our vines with the utmost respect for nature, using biodynamic preparations and ancestral viticultural practices. Each geste, from the transplanting of missing items to spring evasive, is carried out with care and precision, in order to preserve the natural balance of the vineyard. The vinification and ageing of our cuvée are magical moments, where the wine evolves for 15 months in barrels, before revealing all its splendour in a symphony of aromas and flavours.
