Nestled in the heart of Vougeot, between Chambolle-Musigny and Vosne-Romanée, this vineyard is steeped in spirituality and authenticity. Its limestone soil, abundantly dotted with Arrone pebbles, offers an ideal habitat for Chardonnay, the king grape variety of Burgundy. With a planting density of 10,000 vines per hectare and a rigorous choice of plant material, 85% of which is massal, we are committed to a viticulture that respects nature, certified organic since 1999. Each geste, from the transplanting of missing items to spring evasivation, is carried out with care and precision, respecting natural balances. The vinification and ageing of our cuvée are key moments, where the wine acquires its unique personality. For 15 months in barrels and 1 month in stainless steel tanks, our wine evolves slowly, revealing all the richness of its terroir and the finesse of its character.
