The Domaine Triennes, located in the Var, is a key player in Provençal viticulture. Created by the renowned winemakers Jacques Seysses and Aubert de Villaine, this estate is the result of a collaboration between Burgundian expertise and the Mediterranean terroir. Triennes has been certified Organic Agriculture since 2011 and is distinguished by its environmentally friendly practices. On its 46 hectares of vines, the estate favors innovative viticultural techniques while respecting traditions.

The IGP Var Rouge "Les Auréliens" 2021 is a harmonious blend of Syrah and Cabernet-Sauvignon. Coming from low-yield vines (40 hl/ha), this wine benefits from a precise vinification with fermentation and maceration lasting 12 to 25 days, and up to 35 days for some batches. The Syrah, punched down for velvety tannins, and the Cabernet-Sauvignon, carefully pumped over, give the wine a unique complexity. After 12 months of aging in oak barrels from Domaine Dujac, this wine is bottled without filtration to preserve all its purity.
