Domaine Pierre-Olivier Garcia, established in Nuits-Saint-Georges in 2016, embodies innovation in the winemaking tradition. Under the direction of Pierre-Olivier since 2020, the vines are grown organically with a careful selection of grapes. The vinification, without sulphur, uses a unique "berry by berry" method, preserving the integrity of the fruit. The result is brilliant, complex wines that make for an unforgettable experience.

This Nuits-Saint-Georges "Aux Saints-Jacques" 2022 by Pierre-Olivier Garcia delivers here one of his most harmonious wines on this climate located at the foot of the hillside, on the edge of the Vosne-Romanée appellation and under the first growths with a due east exposure at an altitude of 240 meters. The soil is calcareous with a fairly deep soil.
