Description
Red wine Wine from France La Croix des Batailles Domaine Anne & Jean-François Ganevat
Domaine Anne & Jean-François Ganevat Located in Rotalier in the hamlet of La Combe, the Domaine Ganevat is a reference in the Jura. After working for his father and then for the Jean-Marc Morey estate in Chassagne-Montrachet, Jean-François Ganevat took over the family estate in 1998. Close to the philosophy of natural wines without claiming to be part of it, the vigneron ma perfectly embraces biodynamics. He has forged a very personal image of what a great wine should be: each parcel selection has a singular personality, with a variation of harmonies and tensions that reflects each terroir. to the Green Guide of La Revue Du Vin De France
This Vin de France La Croix des Batailles is a non-vintage wine from the cult vigneron Jean-François Ganevat and his sister Anne, whose blend of grape varieties varies from year to year (this one is predominantly Pinot Noir). The nose is fruity, spicy, a very pleasant wine in the mouth to be well aerated before serving. This cuvée has been vinified according to the simplest rules, indigenous yeasts, unfined, unfiltered without the addition of So2.
