This 2020 Arbois Pinot Noir "Sous la Tour" is a red wine from the Jura made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. It comes from different limestone plots, mainly located under the Tour de Curon. It has been macerated in whole bunches and aged for 2 years and reveals aromas of black fruits and fresh herbs. The palate is greedy with notes of liquorice and marked tannins.
