Description
Red wineGivry 1er cru "Servoisine" 2021 Domaine Joblot
Domaine Joblot is undeniably one of Givry's jewels and has remained very attached to its family roots. The founder, Charles, was one of the main supporters of the creation of the AOC Givry. His son Jean-Marc has propelled the estate to become one of the greats of the Côte, aware of the incredible potential of the estate's vines. The work in the vineyards is done by hand, in sustainable cultivation. Juliette, who took over the estate in 2012, continues to work with her oenological experience, her travels and her knowledge and keeps it at the top of these high quality wines.
This 2021 Givry 1er Cru "Servoisine"from Domaine Joblot is vinified 100% destemmed with indigenous yeast and then aged for 1 year in 50% new barrels and 50% barrels. The attack is on mineral, peony, red and black fruits, its ruby colour bursts with brilliant reflections, its palate is complex, fleshy and offers a racy finish. As an accompaniment to a melt-in-the-mouth piece of beef, or a cheese platter (brie, camembert, fresh goat cheese, brillat-savarin)
