Red Wine Fixin 2019 Domaine Pierre Gelin
Domaine Pierre Gelin was created in 1925 and is now managed by Pierre-Emmanuel (3rd generation) using sustainable pest management, with ploughing and the use of natural fertilizers (from organic farming).
This 2019 Fixin from Domaine Pierre Gelin has a bright purple colour. The bouquet is divided between floral (violet, peony), fruity (blackcurrant, morello cherry, quince), musky and peppery aromas. Often tannic in its youth, Fixin wines have a round attack and a delicate texture, which gives them a great conservation.
