Founded in the early 70s by Alain Burguet and taken over in 2012 by his sons Eric and Jean-Luc, this estate is present in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin and also offers a micro-trading activity in the Vosne-Romanée and Meursault appellations. The work carried out in the vines, carried out in a sustainable way without weedkiller or chemical fertilizers, with ploughed and grassed soils to promote the life of the soil, is continued in the cellar with the most natural vinification possible, on indigenous yeasts, without temperature control and ageing in barrels for 12 to 18 months, without filtration.

This Gevrey-Chamberting "Mes Favorites" 2021 is the flagship cuvée of Domaine Jean-Luc & Eric Burguet, made from the old vines (planted between 1900 and 1940) of the Domaine sur Gevrey-Chambertin. An organic approach and very little sulphur in winemaking, for a powerful, concentrated and intense wine while maintaining a strong drinkability power. We find the notes of Pinot de Gevrey, on black fruits (cherry, strawberry, raspberry), cinnamon, liquorice and vanilla. The fruit is balanced and velvety, a Gevrey-Chambertin Mes Favorites 2021 accessible now and which will delight the greatest number of people!
