The Domaine Louis Boillot, from a renowned lineage of winemakers in Volnay, expanded to Beaujolais in 2013 with the acquisition of vineyards in the Moulin-à-Vent appellation. Louis Boillot, in collaboration with his wife Ghislaine Barthod, vinifies his wines in Chambolle-Musigny. Since 2019, his son Clément Boillot has been gradually taking the reins of the estate, bringing a modern approach with wines of pure fruit and integrated tannins, while respecting the terroirs.
