This is Laure Gasparotto's project, to tell us about this land of passage, trade and rivalry: Burgundy. The region that invented wine, scientifically, artistically, in the secret of Cistercian monasteries, mixing Mediterranean and continental influences. Because since the eleventh century, it is here that all the knowledge has been developed, from which were born great wines today legendary ... and inaccessible: Romanée-Conti, Corton Charlemagne, Bâtard Montrachet, Charmes Chambertin, Clos de Vougeot.
