Natural wine: an expression that is increasingly used and widespread, along with the commercial success that this type of wine is experiencing. However, in the absence of legislation on the matter, many doubts persist, starting with the definition of this unrecognized term. After the controversial entry into force of the European legislation on organic wine (2012), more dissemination on the subject is still necessary.
