Description
Open to all winds, this alphabet book is dedicated to all adventurous readers, those who want to enter the vineyard to engage in winemaking, and who would like to discover the unexpected twists and turns of the profession, to those who love wine and would like to go beyond the scenery, to those who appreciate lively and profound texts. With a touch of humor, Christophe Beau's prose offers a haven to refresh one's thoughts and draw ideas… at will! Christophe Beau, 59 years old, is an agronomist, a winemaker in Languedoc since the 1980s, and an explorer of peasant agriculture. After numerous stays in Latin America, the Mediterranean region, and Southeast Asia, he now periodically stays near Valparaiso in Chile, where he produces "vernacular" wines. He has already published books, including two stories with Editions Repas (The Dance of the Vines, 2004, and For a Few Less Hectares, 2011). Sinthia Gonzales is an artist and illustrator, living and working in Chile.
