Description

With this first volume dedicated to wine in the face of environmental challenges, La Revue du vin de France is launching a new special thematic collection to learn more about the world of wine.

The world of wine has been facing unprecedented environmental and societal challenges for about a decade. Changes in consumption habits, concerns about pesticides, global warming - all these topics are pushing winemakers to adapt their viticultural model.

To explain these changes and the evolution of the wine world, always with a desire to innovate and meet the expectations of its readers, La Revue du vin de France is launching a new collection of educational books on the wine universe.

The first issue of this Discovery Collection, available in newsstands starting June 7, is dedicated to organic, biodynamic, natural wines, and wines with environmental labels. Practical and educational, this first special edition helps better understand the environmental challenges facing the wine world.

In 164 pages, this publication in a mook format (a cross between a magazine and an illustrated book) covers various themes, rich in infographics, providing you with the keys to understanding the impact of climate change on viticulture, the labels, decoding "natural" wines, and the history of biodynamics.

This first volume is accompanied by a selection of 470 fine organic and biodynamic wines rated and commented on by the tasters of La Revue du vin de France.
