The Gargantua

Who has never asked himself the question: "with this dish, what do we drink?"; or conversely "with this bottle, what do we eat?".

Faced with these frequent questions, Sébastien Balard, experienced sommelier, restaurateur and wine merchant from Aveyron, guides us in this search for the right alliance between the recipes prepared and the wines that should be granted to them.

Among the 81 cards included in this game, the central card is the character of Gargantua, followed by 40 cards illustrating recipes for regional dishes, themselves associated with 40 other wine lists, each bringing together a selection of five vintages in order of price, i.e. a cellar of a total of 200 bottles...

In addition to this card game, the Gargantua contains a recipe book accompanied by their wines. Health!
