The knives are entirely hand-forged from raw steels that are oxidizable.
The handles have been stabilised so that the wood from a vine stock from the La Tâche appellation of the prestigious Domaine de la Romanée-Conti does not move.
Supplied with a leather belt holster.
Directed by Maurice Dubost, Artisan Coutelier : The fourth generation of artisan cutlers, Maurice Dubost learned his trade as a self-taught artist. Manufacture of folding knives, traditional knives and tableware, all the stages of production are elaborated in the pure cutlery tradition in the workshop located in Viscomtat (63) near Thiers.
