Description
Long Émile Henry Pie Dish
Fig, sun-dried tomato and apple tarts... Light or well-filled, they need to be cooked ma to perfection, and a case that matches their flavor.
If the aromas are always renewed, the shape is more rarely. With our Long Ceramic Pie Dish, we have opted for an original shape that allows you to bake pies throughout, as well as thicker preparations, such as quiches and clafoutis. You can then cut them into beautiful, perfectly rectangular pieces, which are easy to serve and transport. It's up to you to enjoy on-the-go snacks and lunches in the sun!
The high, slightly sloping edges of your Long Tart Pan allow it to be filled generously and allow air to circulate between the sides and the dough, so that it is deliciously golden and crunchy. It goes from the oven to the table, is not afraid of scratches when cutting – practical for cutting slices directly on the dish – and keeps the heat for the repas.
And, a high-quality ceramic pie pan like this one is easily cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher. A real pleasure.
Our tip: when you butter and sprinkle sugar on the bottom of the dish, a slight caramelization takes place which allows an even easier unmolding and an even more gourmet crust.
