Federal agent Logan Ramsey is on a mission to hunt down clandestine labs that have been practicing genetic manipulation that has been banned since a disaster has killed hundreds of millions of people. Injured during an operation, he realises that his DNA has been altered: his physical and intellectual capacities are now increased tenfold. Imprisoned for his own "safety," Logan manages to escape.
