Located in Chamery, at the heart of the Montagne de Reims, the Domaine Thomas Perseval embodies the harmonious marriage between tradition and innovation. The family estate spans 2.5 hectares, where each plot is cultivated with precision and respect for the terroir. Since 2005, Thomas Perseval has managed the vineyard according to the principles of organic farming, with a minimalist and natural approach in the cellar to preserve the pure expression of the fruit and the terroir.

The Champagne Brut Nature "Le Hazat" 2020 is a 100% Pinot Meunier cuvée, sourced exclusively from the single vineyard "Le Hazat", a plot located in the Premier Cru village of Chamery. This Blanc de Noirs is an authentic expression of the Pinot Meunier grape, enhanced by careful winemaking.

After manual harvesting and gentle pressing, the vinification takes place over 12 months in oak barrels, adding depth and complexity to the wine. This is followed by an aging on lees for more than 30 months, allowing the wine to develop an elegant structure and subtle aromas. The disgorgement, carried out in February 2024, ensures optimal freshness. No dosage is added, thus preserving the purity of the fruit and the mineral signature of the terroir.

The Champagne Brut Nature "Le Hazat" 2020 displays a brilliant golden hue with subtle pink reflections, enhanced by a fine and persistent effervescence.

On the nose, this cuvée reveals a complex and refined bouquet, blending aromas of small red fruits, notes of delicate white flowers, and a slight toasted touch from its long aging on lees.
