Champagne Régis Poissinet is a family estate established in 1947, extending over 7 hectares in the Marne Valley. The vineyard is 35 years old on average and is spread over 35 plots located in Cuchery, Baslieux, Leuvrigny, Troissy and Mareuil-le-Port. The main grape variety is Pinot Meunier, supplemented by Chardonnay and some Pinot Noir. Under Régis' direction, the vines are now cultivated with strict respect for the environment and their own balance, thus revealing all the subtlety and richness of their terroir.

The Champagne Extra-Brut "Terre d'Irzée" from Domaine Régis Poissinet is a multi-vintage blended wine made from ploughed soils and enriched exclusively with organic compost. The protection of the vines is ensured by entirely natural methods, allowing a pure expression of the terroir. Made with 87% Meunier and 13% Chardonnay, this champagne stands out for its freshness and fruitiness, with notes of citrus zest, white peach and nectarine. On the palate, it offers a vibrant structure, a slightly saline silky texture, and a finish marked by the juicy bitterness of passion fruit. Aged in barrels and vats, it is low in dosage at 1.9g/l.
