Founded in 1946 in Chavot-Courcourt, la maison de champagne Chavost perpetuates the ancestral wine heritage, combining tradition and innovation. Guided by the values of respect for the land and sharing, it produces exceptional champagnes on a 5-hectare organic vineyard. Under the direction of Fabian, vigneron passionate, la maison distinguishes itself by a natural and environmentally friendly approach to winemaking. Its new range "And without added sulphites!" testifies to its commitment to the quality and uniqueness of its wines.

The Brut Nature Champagne "Eureka!" from la maison Chavost is an exceptional wine from a clay-limestone terroir exposed to the north, coming from a 5-hectare vineyard in organic conversion. The grapes are harvested by hand at optimum ripeness. Its vinification is pure: 100% grapes, without any inputs, with indigenous yeasts and without the addition of sulphites or sugar. Unchilled, unfined or filtered, it retains a slight cloudiness that does not alter its taste qualities in any way. This perfect blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Meunier, in 100% cuvée (first press of the press), offers a unique experience on the palate. Its final dosage of 0 g/L of sugar added to the disgorgement reveals all its purity and authentic character.
