The Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc Brut "Les Terroirs" from la maison Louis Picamelot perfectly embodies the style of la maison. The grapes come from the Côte Chalonnaise, Côtes de Nuits and Côtes de Beaune, and are a subtle blend of Burgundy's iconic grape varieties, namely Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté and Gamay. The Champagne method is rigorously applied to create this Crémant, which has notes reminiscent of Champagne on the palate, with nuances of white flowers, brioche bread, frangipane and citrus.
