LA MAISON de Champagne Pertois-Moriset is a family and independent house located in Mesnil-sur-Oger, perpetuates the tradition and winemaking know-how. Founded in 1951 by the marriage of Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset, from winemaking families in the Côte des Blancs, the brand has prospered thanks to their son Dominique and his wife Florence. Today the property is run by Cécile and Vincent, the granddaughter of la maison. The vineyard covers 20.70 hectares, divided between the Côte des Blancs and the Coteaux Sézannais. A story of passion and authenticity in every bottle.

The Brut Champagne " L'Assemblage" from la maison de Champagne Pertois-Moriset is a balanced cuvée, made from the blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay harvested on the Coteaux Sud Marnais, particularly in Sézanne, Barbonne-Fayel, Chantemerle, Bethon and Montgenost. This champagne combines freshness and fruitiness, making it an ideal choice for an aperitif or to discover a prestigious Champagne house Récoltant-Manipulant. The vinification includes 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, with between 70 and 80% of the wine of the year in the blend filled by the perpetual reserve wines, then aged for 15 months on slats and then dosed at 1gr/litre. The result is a wine full of finesse and elegance that will seduce lovers of refined champagnes.
