LA MAISON de Champagne Jacques Lassaigne, located in Montgueux, in the south of Champagne, has been cultivating 4.7 hectares of vines since 1964. The Chardonnay vines, with an average age of 40 years, thrive in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Montgueux, nicknamed the "Montrachet of Champagne" and its limestone and cool climate, overlooks the Seine Valley. Since 1999, Emmanuel Lassaigne has been running this family estate with an emphasis on organic and biodynamic cultivation. A Champagne house dedicated to tradition and quality.
