Description
Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature "Dizy Corne Bautray" 2012 Champagne Jacquesson
LA MAISON de Champagne Jacquesson, founded in 1798 in Dizy, has a rich and fascinating history. From the very beginning, it received recognition from Napoleon 1st for the quality of its cellars, becoming the emperor's favourite champagne. In the 19th century, under the leadership of Adolphe Jacquesson, la maison experienced a rapid ascent, reaching a production of one million passes. They are particularly known for having left their mark on history thanks to the filing of the patent on the muselet in 1844, a key element in the history of champagne. In addition, Jacquesson played a vital role in the creation of the famous house of Krug. With a vineyard of about thirty hectares spread over Avize, Aÿ, Dizy and Hautvillers, la maison Jacquesson has gone through various evolutions at the end of the years, while preserving its excellence in the art of creating exceptional champagnes.
The 2012 Blanc de Blancs Champagne "Dizy Corne Bautray" from la maison de Champagne Jacquesson is a true rarity. This cuvée comes entirely from an exceptional plot on a premier cru terroir. This 2012 vintage, marked by low yields but of very good quality, offers bubbles of great finesse. This 100% Chardonnay Champagne is of great elegance, with a power and length in the mouth that make it the ideal companion for a great repas. Its rarity is reflected in the limited production of only 3368 bottles, bottled on June 27, 2013 and disgorged in March 2021. A unique experience for lovers of exceptional champagnes.
