Champagne Pascal Doquet is a wine estate run by Clément Robert in Landreville, in the Côte des Bars en Champagnes, part of the new generation in Champagne. Strong in its values, the estate invests itself with a culture of vines certified Organic Agriculture and natural winemaking techniques. Clément Robert took over the family estate in 2019 with the desire to stop selling his production to merchants and vinify by himself. You can discover Pinot Noir, Chardonnays and Pinot Meuniers from the Champagne and Coteaux Champenois appellations, allowing the estate to offer still and sparkling wines of great quality.

This Blanc de Noirs Champagne "Entangèler" from Domaine Léon is an exceptional cuvée, from the 2019 vintage, marking a new chapter in the history of la maison. This cuvée, 100% Pinot Noir, comes from the family plots "La Chevêtrée" and "La Grande Côte" located in the Côte des Bar in Landreville. The silty-clay-limestone soil brings its own imprint to this cuvée. In the cellar, Clément favours a natural approach, vinifying his two plots separately and then blending them before bottling. Ageing in oak barrels brings an aromatic dimension and an exceptional patina. This cuvée "Entangêtrer" is non-dosed, highlighting the personality of the terroir that composes it. We discover a Champagne without artifice, which respects the family traditions of la maison.
