This Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature "Entangêtrer" Champagne from Domaine Léon is an exceptional cuvée, marking a new chapter in the history of la maison. This cuvée, 100% Pinot Noir, comes from the family plots "La Chevêtrée" and "La Grande Côte" located in the Côte des Bar in Landreville. The silty-clay-limestone soil brings a specific imprint to this cuvée. At the Chais Clément favours a natural approach, he vinifies his two plots separately and then blends before bottling. The ageing in oak barrels brings an aromatic dimension and an exceptional patina.
