Champagne Pascal Agrapart, a Grower Producer in AVIZE, stands out for its dedication to producing authentic and terroir-driven champagnes. Located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, its 10-hectare vineyard is exclusively planted with Chardonnay and extends mainly across prestigious Grand Crus like AVIZE, CRAMANT, OIRY, and OGER.

The estate follows a natural approach to viticulture. The soils are maintained through ploughing, and every year, local compost is added to enhance the biological life of the soil. This care ensures the health and productivity of the vineyard.

Pascal Agrapart's champagnes are crafted without fining or filtration, preserving the purest expression of the fruit. The bottling takes place at the estate, and the manual riddling brings an artisanal touch to each cuvée.
