Domaine Aline Beauné masterfully blends winemaking tradition with innovation. Founded in 2018, Aline Beauné, with her 15 years of experience at Château de la Crée, took over the 5-hectare family vineyard located in Saint-Vallerin. These vineyards, previously leased to a cooperative, are now cultivated according to the principles of organic farming.

The estate is composed of 12.5% Aligoté, 25% Bourgogne Blanc, 50% Montagny Villages, and 12.5% Montagny 1er Cru Chazelle, benefiting from an exceptional terroir. Upon taking charge, Aline began the organic conversion of the estate, an exacting process requiring meticulous care both in the vineyard and in the winery.

The wines of Domaine Aline Beauné are crafted in Buxy, at the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, where they undergo a carefully balanced aging process between stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. This technical choice preserves the purity of the fruit while imparting a natural elegance to each vintage.
